This paper proposes a new approach for the evaluation of the candidates on the basis of their suitability for job. It tries to help out the decision-makers minimize subjective value judgments and make more effective selection from the pool of applicants, under the various evaluation criteria. It has the potential to be an effective tool to be employed by those involved in personnel selection.
