Fierce competition, new technologies and the ability to gain and leverage data-driven insights in a timely manner are important. Big data is a source and source of decision making. Leading companies are trying to maintain an excellent quality level based on big data management and analysis results. It also focuses on developing new products based on big data analysis results. In this study, we will present the basic procedure of big data analysis and look at the case of companies that lead big data analysis results in management decision making in ecommerce area. The online shopping mall found hygiene factor and price factor are very significant factor for customer satisfaction at ecommerce due to Covid-19. This result is expected to present strategic implications to related industries.
